Radisson Blu Kaushambi is all set to tantalize your taste buds with the rich and sumptuous flavours of Punjabi Cuisine during ‘Punjabi Food Festival’ from 8th -23rd April , at Kama over dinner only. The Punjabi Food Festival has been organized to mark the Baisakhi festival and also an ode to rich culture of Punjab. Price of Meal for two: A la carte.


An elaborate menu, comprising of authentic Punjabi specialties has been designed for a delightful dining experience. Embark upon the culinary journey with traditional drinks like Mattha(buttermilk flavoured with cumin)Zafrani Badam wali Thandai ( Saffron & Almond flavoured milk)..followed by starters like Badshahi Kebab ( cottage cheese stuffed with vegetables and fruits),Chingari Chaap (lamb chops marinated with Indian spices cooked in clay oven) Sarson fish tikka (Mustard marinated sole fillet, cooked in clay oven) and more. Must try soups like Bhutteda shorba ( Corn cooked with whole spices and Indian spices on slow fire) and Murg Yakhni shorba(chicken soup finished with saffron)



The main course offers a wide choice of vegetarian and non- vegetarian dishes, to name a few, Aloo Amritsari Vadi (potato and lentils cooked with onion and tomato gravy)Baigan te matar da Bharta (clay oven roasted Aubergine cooked with peas, spicy onion and tomato masala) Murg Methi Malai( fresh fenugreek flavoured chicken curry) Machli Pudina Masala(mint flavoured fish curry)….The sweet temptations include Malai Rabdi Falooda (glass noodles with reduced milk and cream), Punjabi Aam Khand (mango cooked with dry fruits and milk) ….
